Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use apexstrengths.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Future Motors LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Apex Strengths (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or taking the assessment, you agree to these terms.

What the Service is

Apex Strengths offers an online strengths assessment and an AI-written personal report. The report is for personal development and self-reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, clinical or professional diagnosis, and it should not be the only basis for major education, career, financial or health decisions.

Who can use it

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy on your behalf, and should supervise your use of the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at hello@apexstrengths.com if you think your account has been misused.

Price and payment

Taking the assessment and viewing your top strengths is free. The full report is a one-time purchase at the price shown before you pay. For customers in India the price is ₹699 including 18% GST; elsewhere sales tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (India) or Stripe (other countries); we do not store your card details.

Delivery

The full report is a digital service. It is generated and shown on screen immediately after successful payment, usually within about a minute, and can be downloaded as a PDF. A copy may also be sent to your registered email. Nothing is shipped physically.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the assessment questions or the Service.
• Do not attempt to access reports without paying, interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The assessment, themes, questions and site content belong to us. Your personal report is licensed to you for your own personal use.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights where you live. Questions: hello@apexstrengths.com.
