If you buy the full report and feel it does not represent you, email hello@apexstrengths.com within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used and your payment ID. We will refund the full amount paid.

If your report did not generate

If you were charged but your report did not appear, try the Unlock button again from the same browser within 6 hours; you will not be charged twice. If it still fails, email us with your payment ID and we will either deliver the report or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
