Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Apex Strengths (operated by Future Motors LLC, Texas, USA) collects, why, and your choices. Contact: hello@apexstrengths.com.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, country and city, and your chosen life stage.
• The date of birth of the person taking each test, used to confirm their age (and whether a parent’s consent is needed) and to tailor the test. It is not shown on the report.
• Your assessment answers and how long you took to answer.
• Your scores and generated report.
• Any feedback you choose to give about how accurate your results and report were.
• Payment records such as order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.

Why we use it

• To score your assessment and create your report.
• To save your progress, let you log back in, and email you your report.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To check and improve the accuracy of the assessment, using aggregated or de-identified answers and feedback. Your individual answers are used for research only if you (or, for a child, a parent) agreed to it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the Service, under their own security and privacy terms: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI report writing; your answers are sent to generate your report), Resend (email), Razorpay and Stripe (payments), and Google or Facebook if you choose to sign in with them. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and India.

Children

Accounts are for adults (18 or older). A test for someone under 18 can only be set up by their parent or legal guardian from the parent’s own account, after the parent confirms they are the parent or guardian and gives consent. We record that consent with the date and time.

For a child we collect only their first name, date of birth, life stage and test answers. We do not collect a child’s email, phone number or location; the report is sent to the parent. We do not use children’s data for advertising, tracking or profiling, and our analytics and advertising tools are switched off while a child’s test is in progress. A child’s answers are used for research only if the parent separately agrees.

In the United States, children under 13 cannot currently take the test.

A parent can withdraw consent, or ask us to access or delete their child’s data, at any time by emailing hello@apexstrengths.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and report while your account is active so you can return to them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will do so unless we must keep certain records (such as payment records) by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@apexstrengths.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in India, you may also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
